Usage Rules
The equipment and facilities of the Smart Manufacturing Center are for use only by the school's faculty and students. Users must comply with the following rules:
- You must undergo relevant training and obtain permission before using the equipment.
- During use, you must follow safety operation regulations to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
- Take care of the equipment. Report any damage to the management staff immediately.
- After use, clean the area and restore the equipment to its original state.
Application Method
Users must apply in advance to use the equipment. The application method is as follows:
- Fill out the equipment usage application form, detailing the purpose and time of use.
- Submit the application form to the center's management office and wait for approval.
- After receiving the approval notice, you can use the equipment within the specified time.
Management Method
The management methods of the Smart Manufacturing Center are as follows:
- The center has dedicated management staff responsible for daily maintenance and management of the equipment.
- The equipment is regularly inspected and maintained to ensure normal operation.
- Regular training is provided to users to improve their operational skills and safety awareness.
- A feedback mechanism is in place to promptly address any issues users encounter during use.
Safety Regulations in the Factory
To ensure a safe working environment and everyone’s health at the Smart Manufacturing Center, please follow these safety regulations:
1. Occupational Safety and Health Management System
- Establish safety policies and goals: We will formulate and implement safety and health policies, clarify safety goals and execution plans, and everyone must cooperate in their implementation.
- Set up a safety management organization: We will establish a safety management organization responsible for coordinating and managing safety and health matters in the factory, and everyone can provide suggestions at any time.
2. Responsibilities of Safety Officers
- Safety Supervisor: Seniors will be responsible for supervising and ensuring everyone follows the safety regulations and will regularly inspect the working environment. You can ask them any questions at any time.
- Safety Manager: Seniors will formulate and implement safety plans, ensure everyone understands and follows safety regulations, and provide necessary training.
3. Personal Protective Equipment
- Appropriate personal protective equipment, such as safety goggles, earplugs, and gloves, must be worn.
- In the work area, it is prohibited to wear inappropriate clothing, such as shorts and slippers.
4. Emergency Response Measures
- Know the emergency evacuation routes and assembly points in the factory.
- Be familiar with basic first aid knowledge and the location of first aid equipment.
